Our Approach
Philosophy and engagement
Philosophy
Our work is grounded in depth psychology, developmental theory, and contemplative traditions. What ties these together is a shared conviction: lasting change means more than symptom management. It means looking honestly at the patterns you keep running, the parts of yourself you’ve turned away from, and the development you’re ready for but haven’t started.
We work with five developmental dimensions:
- Growing up & maturing — building greater cognitive, emotional, and moral depth over time
- Cleaning up & healing — facing unresolved material, old wounds, and whatever you’ve pushed aside or buried
- Waking up & realizing — expanding awareness, presence, and contact with what exists beneath the surface of ordinary experience
- Showing up & enacting — turning insight into real action in your daily life and closest relationships
- Teaming up & relating — learning to be truthful with the people who matter and to build relationships that genuinely work
“The point is not to be the best in the world, but to be the best for the world.”—Ken Wilber
How We Work
We adjust to how you think best — whether that’s through direct conversation, creative expression, physical movement, or quiet reflection. Sessions take place in the office, on a walk, or wherever the work is most productive. The format follows the process, not the other way around.
“The shoe that fits one person pinches another; there is no recipe for living that suits all cases.”—Carl Jung
