What This Is

How you sleep, eat, move, and manage stress aren’t separate from your emotional life — they’re the foundation of it. A nervous system running on poor sleep, no real physical activity, and caffeine or alcohol to get through the day doesn’t have much room to regulate. Wellness coaching focuses on these daily, physical basics that either hold up your mental health or quietly erode it.


How We Work

We look at what’s actually happening in your day — where sleep is breaking down, what you reach for when you’re stressed, how much you’re running on commitments versus genuine energy. Then we make specific, realistic changes that fit the life you actually have, not a theoretical one. This isn’t about discipline or self-optimization. It’s about getting honest about what your body and mind need and building a daily rhythm that reflects that understanding.
