Therapy for College Students

When the weight of it becomes hard to carry alone

What Brings Students In

College puts everything under a microscope at the same time — grades, social life, money, identity, independence, and the pressure to already know what you want. A lot of students tell themselves everyone feels this way, and maybe that’s true. But when the stress starts showing up as avoidance, isolation, sleepless nights, or a constant low-grade dread you can’t shake, those are signals that something deeper is going on.

What the Work Looks Like

Your twenties are when your habits around stress, honesty, and emotional regulation tend to set. The patterns you build now — how you handle conflict, whether you ask for help, what you do when you feel overwhelmed — are the ones you’ll carry into adulthood. We work on building real self-awareness and the emotional skills to handle what college throws at you, so you’re not spending your thirties trying to unlearn what went unexamined now.
